G\u00fcnter Fersch’s employment with GREMCO began when it was common to spend the entirety of a career with a single company. Although these times are long gone and staying with one company for decades is the exception, Mr. Fersch always remained with GREMCO. The sales manager is very happy about this today. He was able to gain numerous exciting experiences, to actively shape the development of the company over decades, to significantly influence the corporate culture, to identify himself with his work for GREMCO and to develop personally. Continuity was always of great importance for Mr. Fersch. Thus, GREMCO’s continuity with regard to the team of employees, the customer base, and the family business structure, despite all dynamics, is not least due to Mr. Fersch’s influence. A continuity without which GREMCO’s growth in the past decades would not have been conceivable.<\/p>\n
