HERBERT WAGNER, COMPANY FOUNDER

CABLING AND MIL-WIRES FOR THE AVIATION INDUSTRY

For aviation, GREMCO offers individual manufacturing of necessary special cables and custom products, just as protective hoses. We are supplying both complete system solutions as well as tailor-made products. With all our products, we follow a clear strategy: highest development standards and state-of-the art and economical manufacturing methods. This guarantees the high quality and reliability for which GREMCO is known. Well-known international aircraft manufacturers have been our regular and satisfied customers for many years.

THE SPECIALIST FOR THE AVIATION INDUSTRY

In addition to wire harnessing, we are also experts in media-carrying systems. Our braided tubes feature extremely high thermal and chemical resistance. In addition, heat resistance, abrasion resistance and strength are just a few of the outstanding properties of our products, which we manufacture in close cooperation with our international partners.

Certified according to the SAE AS23053 MIL standard and QPL listed

Our products have been officially listed on the QPL (“Qualified Products List”) since 2024.  Formerly known as “M23053”, SAE International has changed the class names to AS23053 for all classifications of military insulating, electrical and heat shrink tubing.

For those who require tubing that meets the most stringent military and aerospace requirements, GREMCO offers a wide range of heat shrink tubing manufactured to military specifications. This range of heat shrink tubing that can withstand the toughest conditions is ideal for government, military and aerospace use, but can also be used for commercial applications where heat shrink tubing that meets certain specifications is required.

The following of our products are QPL listed (MIL standard AS23053):

  • FT600
  • FT900
  • FT800
  • FT100
  • FT400
